Dr. K. Trinh, MD, BSc, MSc, PhD, FCFP, FRCP, Diploma in Sports Medicine

Dr. Kien (Ken) Trinh graduated from the University of Western Ontario, with his degree in medicine. He earned his M.Sc. degree in Health Research Methodology from McMaster University. He has received many awards throughout his career, the most recent award being the McMaster University Health Sciences Outstanding Preceptor Award and the McMaster University Innovator of Distinction Award.
Dr. Trinh was the team physician for Canada at the Pan American Games in Dominican and again in Rio de Janeiro. He was also the team physician for Boxing at the 2004 Olympic Games, and the pre-competition examiner at the 2008 Olympic Games in Beijing, China. He sat on the board of directors as the Medical Director for Boxing Ontario. Currently, he is the Medical Director for Boxing Canada and the Chief Medical Officer for national boxing championships. Dr. Trinh was the Lead Medical Doctor for the Oshawa Sports Centre during the Pan American Games in Toronto, 2015 and the Field of Play Physician for the 2016 Rio Olympics.

Dr. Anthony Adili, PEng, MD, FRCSC
Dr. Adili is an orthopedic surgeon at St. Joseph’s Health Centre specializing in sport medicine and lower extremity problems. He is the Chief of Orthopedic Surgery and the Deputy Chief of Surgery at St. Joseph’s Heath Centre. At McMaster University, he is an Assistant Professor and a Associate Director of Biomedical Engineering. Dr. Adili serves as a member of the Faculty Planning Committee.

Dr. Peter Dorscher is a physical medicine and rehabilitation specialist at the prestigious Mayo Clinic. He is an author for the acupuncture anatomy program of www.anatomy.tv. He has published his research on the relationship between acupuncture points and trigger points challenging the views and understandings of trigger points.
